- 2020 — Prémio Projeto KNX, Prémios KNX Portugal. A national win, for Dunas Douradas Beach Villas in Almancil.
- 2019 — European Best Lighting Project, Control4 annual awards, judged across Europe, the Gulf and the Middle East. For Lote 21, Alma do Mar in Lagos.
- 2018 — two honourable mentions in the first edition of the Prémios KNX Portugal, both for Seabreeze Residences at Dunas Douradas.
We are a CEDIA member since 2019 and one of its founder members in Portugal, an official Control4 dealer, and a certified KNX partner.

In the press
In April 2026 Villas&Golfe — the Portuguese luxury and lifestyle magazine, in its 25th-anniversary issue, no. 130 — published an opinion piece by our director, João Pereira Santos: «O invisível é o novo estatuto» — Invisible is the new status (pages 48–49, in Portuguese and English). Its argument is the one this company is built on:
“A high-end property cannot depend on solutions added at the end of the project. When you introduce technology at a later stage, visual concessions, functional limitations and aesthetic compromises arise. When it is introduced from the concept onwards, it disappears. And that is precisely where true luxury begins: in invisibility.”
